Do you know when ethanol/bioalcohol stoves can be installed without autorisation... |
Did you know that the combustible ethanol/bio alcohol fireplaces, also named fireplaces without chimney only may be used without any authorisation if they correspond to the following conditions :
1. The consummation of combustible may not exceed 0.5 l/hour
2. It is not allowed to fix the stove on the wall
3. By use, the air of the room may not exceed a maximum of 5’000 ppm carbon dioxide
You should ask your dealer for a certificate (detailed TÜV report), otherwise your insurance may not pay. Therefore you have to take care that all prescriptions and laws are absolutely respect.
With our MF-moving fire-System you need not worry. Our product is proved with TÜV report N° WO 1024-00/03. It specifies for example that you can be sure of a secure use.
For you and your insurance overtaking the responsibility, it must be certified that the product was checked according to all valuable laws and declared sure.
The TÜV examination of our MF-moving fire-System by the TÜV Munich was based on the following source documents:
1. Decision of the Committee of experts of heating installations (DIBT), On behalf of those decisions stoves burning less than 0.5 l/h of ethanol combustible are not considered fireplaces and therefore need no chimney.
2. Bavarian law of heating (BayFeuV)
3. General law of heating (MFeuVo)
4. General conditions of technical security. For this authorisation, the following controls have been made and got the certification of the TÜV:
a) Measure of the burning time with fully open firebox
b) Control of the temperature of the extern
wall of the stove by fully open firebox.
c) Control of the temperature of the extern corner by fully open firebox.
d) Control of the stability and hygienic during burning.
e) Control of the particle emission in the air of the room by fully open firebox.
Ethanol (99%) has been used for these controls, and it has been analysed on the base of specialized literature.
In fact, there are no general TÜV prescriptions, but only some empty phrase pretending trust because the TÜV does only make controls on request and on the above mentioned bases.
On behalf of our intervention, the TÜV made different notifications.

Our BIO-FIRE only causes.... |
The combustible (99%) consists mainly of pure filtrated agrarian alcohol, with a bitterly substance, so that it will be undrinkable.
Our BIOFIRE only causes water steam and a small amount of carbon dioxide, which is far less than the burning of two usual wax candles.

Placement of our stoves |
Our stoves are delivered by truck ready for use. The stove will be installed on its place (living-room). You only have to fill up the firebox and your stove is ready for use. Directions for use are enclosed.
As you don’t need a chimney, you get a better output of warmth because in this way no warmth is lost.

Consumption costs |
A beautiful burning fire in your chimney doesn’t cost much more than a conventional open fireplace. And that without buying, store and fetch firewood and without dangerous sparks. You don’t need to remove the ash.
The costs for a comfortable hour in front of the fireplace, by using our integrated moving fire-System, depending of the regulation of the flame, will not exceed much more than € 0.50.

You don’t need any owner’s or sweep permission.
Our stoves are delivered and installed at their place ready for use. Without ash, dirt, soot, dangerous sparks. As you don’t need a chimney, you get a better output of warmth because in this way no warmth is lost.
The combustible results from raw material (maize, potatoes, etc) changed into a denatured alcohol.
Our BIOFIRE only causes water steam and a small amount of carbon dioxide, which is far less than the burning of two usual wax candles.
The burning time is 1.5 to 5 hours depending on the size of the firebox (ask for our moving fire-System, approved by TÜV and formally agreed).
The combustible needed for a fire in an open fireplace is not more expensive than the use of a traditional chimney and that without buying, store and fetch firewood and without dangerous sparks. You don’t need to remove the ash.
The combustible is available in cans of 1 liter,
5 liters. 25 liters or 30 liters.
With our moving fire-System you can build individual fireplaces yourself.
Without authorisation…, but only if….
Our products were certified by TÜV with the number WO 1024-00/03. For these products the secure use was certificated. Therefore you can buy a fireplace or firebox corresponding to the following points:

3. General law of heating (MFeuVo)
4. General conditions of technical security
The product can only be used without authorisation if the above conditions are respected.
